IMPORTANT: ALL CUSTOMERS INTERESTED IN BOOKING OUR ROOMS OR AVAILING OF OUR TOUR PACKAGES MUST READ THIS.


Payments and Deposits

All hotel reservations done online must be paid in full. Reservations via third party agencies are also possible. Our company won’t be responsible for any payment done through a third party that has not reached us unless there’s a valid proof of payment transfer to our account. Additional payments for extra services can be made upon check out.


Cancellations and Refunds

Online reservation payments may be canceled if done at least 14 days before the scheduled stay. However, tour package payments made in advance cannot be canceled and refunded. For very special circumstances, 50% of the payment can be refunded for hotel room booking if we are notified at least 5 days before the scheduled stay.


Additional Payments

Tour packages may be paid online upon hotel room reservation. However, we also accept tour package payments during check-in provided that there is a vacancy. We may also charge extra payments for additional guests, lost or damaged items, extra meals and special vehicle use.
